Welcome to Elite Edge Painting LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website at eliteedgepainting.work or engaging our painting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Elite Edge Painting LLC provides professional interior painting, exterior painting, and commercial painting services in Baltimore, MD and surrounding counties. Our services are subject to the following conditions:

• All work is performed by experienced, licensed painting professionals.
• Services are only performed within our designated service areas.
• A written estimate or proposal will be provided before any work begins.
• Work commences only upon signed authorization or agreement from the customer.

2. Estimates and Quotes

All estimates provided — whether by phone, online form, or in-person visit — are complimentary and non-binding. Final pricing is confirmed in a written proposal prior to the start of any work. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise noted.

Scope changes, unforeseen conditions (e.g., hidden damage, mold, rot), or customer-requested additions discovered during a project may result in additional charges. We will notify you and obtain approval before proceeding with any out-of-scope work.

3. Payment Terms

• A deposit may be required before work begins on larger projects. Deposit amounts will be stated in your written proposal.
• Final payment is due upon satisfactory completion of the work.
• Accepted payment methods include cash, check, and major credit cards.
• Invoices not paid within 30 days of the due date may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change. We ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may result in a cancellation fee to cover crew scheduling costs.

We reserve the right to reschedule work due to inclement weather or other conditions that would compromise paint adhesion or worker safety.

5. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a successful project, customers agree to:

• Provide safe and reasonable access to the work area at the scheduled time.
• Remove or secure valuables, fragile items, and personal belongings from the work area prior to our arrival.
• Ensure pets are secured away from work areas for safety.
• Ensure utilities (electricity and water) are available at the property during the project.
• Review and approve all color selections before work begins. Color changes after work has started may incur additional charges.

6. Workmanship Warranty

Elite Edge Painting LLC stands behind the quality of our work. We offer a 1-year workmanship warranty on all interior and exterior painting projects. This warranty covers defects arising from our application process, including peeling, flaking, or significant fading caused by improper application.

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or acts of nature (storms, flooding, etc.)
• Normal wear and tear
• Issues arising from pre-existing structural problems (water intrusion, rot, etc.)
• Color variations due to paint manufacturer specifications

7. Paint and Materials

We use premium-grade paints from industry-leading manufacturers such as Sherwin-Williams and Benjamin Moore unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Material costs are included in your project proposal. Leftover paint from your project may be left with you upon request.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elite Edge Painting LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services or your use of this website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Insurance

Elite Edge Painting LLC is fully licensed, bonded, and insured. We carry general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

10. Website Use

The content on this website — including text, images, and graphics — is the property of Elite Edge Painting LLC and is protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

We make every effort to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date, but we make no warranties regarding its completeness or accuracy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Baltimore County, Maryland.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
